Keeping motivated about getting pages ready for each update can be hard sometimes… Compared to when I was working on my contest entry, I had a set goal back then and got a lot of work done in a short time. Without that, I tend to slack off way too much <_<;; And I haven’t really been able to set another goal that matters.
But I’m still keeping up with my updating schedule, so I guess it’s not a problem 🙂 (yet).
Page 15 is now up. This is sort of new, so even if you read the old part 2, you can start reading the new one now…. 😉
I have been wanting to write a post about the Visual Novel I’m making for some time, so here goes.
‘Glass Wings’ is so far the title for an OELVN (original english language visual novel) that I am making, based on my online comic Angelic Orbs. It will contain 3 paths (Tia, Yoko and Zyra) and be playable even if you haven’t read the comic before.
The story takes place further down the timeline for AO, which means that there will be characters and events mentioned that haven’t happened in the comic yet.

The battle is playing out a little differently this time. Knocking out a big beast like that with a tiny punch just isn’t very believable <_<
And Tia still looks like an alien… must be those eyes.
Page 13 of part 2 is up.
So, I have just begun begun making layout sketches for part 3, and will also start drawing the actual pages soon. Hopefully I will do this a little faster this time, so I won’t have 6 months or more inactivity on the comic like after part 1 <_<
Apart from that, work is also being steadily done on the AO game :3 I’m a bit stuck with the writing on the last path now, though…. I hope to get past it soon. Almost all sprite sets are fully coloured now, too. You can see a small sample here.
(If you’re wondering what ‘game’ I’m talking about, I’m still planning on doing a proper blog post about that soon…. ^^; )

On another note, I have just recently begun reading the manga “After school Nightmare”. I’m only halfways into the 2nd volume, but I already like it a lot. The plot seems very original to me, and it has some of the same occult vibes that I also get from xxxHolic.Every thursday, students at the school must enter a special ‘class’ where they enter a nightmare – and in the dream they take on the true form of their hearts. Not only does the students have to go through a lot of things in these dreams, but they also have to face the other students the next day, knowing that they may have been there and seen their darkest secrets.
I must say I really hate Sou though. I can imagine a lot of certain fangirls loving him being there, but the story has to come up with something really good for me to accept him anytime soon 😛
